How does the trial work?
We start by setting up your business with you — your services, pricing, and hours — and forwarding your line. Then Sam answers your real customers for 7 days or 25 answered calls, whichever comes first, before billing starts.
Do I keep my phone number?
Yes. Your existing number stays yours — we forward it to your Workjig number. Your customers keep calling the number they already have.
What happens when Sam answers a call?
Sam answers as your business and books the job against your real availability. Every call and booking shows up in your schedule, so you always see what happened.
Is this an answering service?
No. An answering service takes a message and leaves the work to you. Sam books the job and keeps your schedule — Workjig is software for running your business, and the phone is where it starts.
Can I still answer my own calls?
Yes. You choose who picks up first — you or Sam — and you can change it any time by dialing a code from your phone. Sam is there for the calls you can't take.
