Program
Workjig booking and account notifications is the text-message program for Workjig, an AI phone assistant and booking platform for independent service businesses. Workjig is operated by Laion Development LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. Workjig texts the customers of businesses that use it about their bookings with those businesses, and texts those businesses (“Pros”) about their Workjig account.
Messages include appointment confirmations and reminders, job updates, invoices and receipts, and, after a completed job, one request to review the business. We don't send other promotional messages.
Messages you will receive
Customers of a business: booking confirmations, reschedule and cancellation notices, and replies about your booking.
Pros: verification codes, booking and message alerts, and account notices.
Consent
You will only receive messages if you agreed to them yourself:
- by saying yes when the assistant asked on a call:
Can [business name] text you about this job? That includes confirmations, updates, invoices and a review request afterward. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP anytime.
; - by texting START to a Workjig number;
- for Pros, by verifying your mobile number with Workjig.
Our SMS opt-in page shows each of these as people see or hear it.
A business cannot agree to texts on your behalf. Consent is not a condition of buying any goods or services.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your bookings and account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details of your plan.
Opting out
Text STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages from that number. Text START to subscribe again.
Help
Text HELP for help, or email support@workjig.com.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
